Understanding the clients, understanding the frame
Communication cannot be totally outsourced to an external agency. Nevertheless, there are great opportunities in being accompanied
by a consultant all along the way for planning messages and strategies and for executing and committing to them.
The communicator, either internal or external, is asked to smooth the way, collect information, act as mediator, keep in touch with the media during the intermediate periods, represent and support the management, understand the frame of reference.
For this purpose the consultant is required to sport a very good understanding of the industry, of the company and of the frame or context

- Remarkable knowledge of the institutional framework, State and public services functioning, with a particular reference to law-making procedures and government bodies competences.
- Understanding of the underlying dynamics which affect and originate crucial decisions in Italy.
